By entering this raffle, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
1.2. This raffle is void where prohibited by law, including jurisdictions where cannabis-related products or promotions are restricted.
1.3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the raffle organizer are not eligible to enter.
2. Compliance with Laws
2.1. This raffle complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2.2. It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm they are legally eligible to participate and claim the prize in their jurisdiction.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. Participants may enter remotely via online form or in person at the tradeshow booth by December 6, 2024.
3.2. Entry limits: One entry per remote submission and 10x entry per in person submission. Limit one submission per party.
3.3. All entry fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
4. Prize Details
4.1. The prize is a new 2024 Jet Fueler cartridge-filling machine.
4.2. The prize is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. To purchase customer support warranty, please visit vape-jet.com/support.
4.3. Use of the prize must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected randomly on December 13, 2024 using a fair and transparent process.
5.2. The winner will be notified via contact information submitted on the raffle forms.
5.3. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 business days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
6. Taxes and Fees
6.1. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, or other charges related to the prize.
6.2. The organizer will provide any required tax documentation, such as an IRS Form 1099 (for U.S. residents).
7. Prize Delivery
7.1. The prize must be claimed within 7 business days from the notification date.
7.2. The winner is required to provide proof of age and identity before claiming the prize.
7.3. Delivery or pickup of the prize will be coordinated with the winner. Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.
8. Liability Waiver
8.1. By entering, participants release the organizer from any liability related to participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
8.2. The winner assumes all risks associated with owning, operating, or transferring the machinery.
8.3. The organizer is not liable for damages, injuries, or legal violations arising from the use of the prize.
9. Publicity
9.1. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and identifying details for promotional purposes by the organizer, unless prohibited by law.
10. Cancellation and Modifications
10.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle in cases of fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Disqualification
11.1. The organizer may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or provides false or misleading information.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. Any disputes arising from this raffle will be resolved through arbitration or jurisdiction-specific courts.
