You give PDX Tech LLC “Vape-Jet” (“Company”) permission to use your submitted content, including videos, photos, testimonials, quotes, your name, your company name, and any other materials you share, for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
Your content may be used on Vape-Jet’s website, social media channels, email marketing, printed materials, presentations, case studies, press releases, or any other promotional or educational format.
You understand that you will not receive payment, royalties, or further approval rights for the use of your content. Vape-Jet is not required to notify you each time your content is used.
You represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to grant this consent (including for your employer, if applicable).
• You own the Content or have all necessary rights/permissions to share and license it (including for any third-party logos, music, images, or people shown).
• The Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or laws.
We may edit the Content for length, clarity, or format while maintaining its overall meaning. We may identify you and your company by name and/or logo, but we are not obligated to provide attribution.
This is the entire agreement regarding the Content and supersedes prior discussions on this topic. If any part is invalid, the rest remains effective. We may assign this Release. You agree to electronic acceptance (box-check) as a valid signature.
