Loading Position

Loading Position X

The position of the “X” axis while loading the machine with a new tray.

Loading Position Y

The position of the “Y” axis while loading the machine with a new tray.

Tray

First Position X:

The position of the “X” axis while looking at the bottom left most cartridge in the tray.

First Position Y:

The position of the “Y” axis while looking at the bottom left most cartridge in the tray.

Last Position X:

The position of the “X” axis while looking at the top right most cartridge in the tray.

Last Position Y:

The position of the “Y” axis while looking at the top right most cartridge in the tray.

Tray Size:

The total number of cartridges in the tray.

The tray size must be a perfect square number. (eg. 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100)

Needle

Needle Up Position:

The position the needle should be in while the tray is moving.

Needle Down Position:

The position the needle should be in while dispensing into a cartridge.

Needle Up Dwell Time:

Total time in milliseconds after moving the needle to the “up” position before moving the tray.

Needle Down Dwell Time:

Total time in milliseconds after moving the needle to the “down” position before dispensing fluid.

Needle offset from camera (X)

Total distance in millimeters between the center of the camera focus, and the tip of the needle.

Needle offset from camera (Y)

Total distance in millimeters between the center of the camera focus, and the tip of the needle.

Pump

Pump Charge Position:

The position of the pump while fully charged with fluid.

Pump Dispense Position:

The position of the pump while in the fully down and dispensed position.

Pump Charge Dwell Time:

The total time in milliseconds to wait between charging and dispensing the pump.

Pump Dispense Dwell Time:

The total time in milliseconds to wait between dispensing fluid and moving the needle.

Speed of the pump while charging:

The pump speed while charging.

The pump speed settings are as follows. 1 is the fastest, 19 is the slowest.

Speed of the pump while dispensing:

The pump speed while dispensing.

See table above in “Speed of the pump while charging” for appropriate values.

Pump Speed While Cleaning the Pump:

The speed of the pump during a clean cycle.

See table above in “Speed of the pump while charging” for appropriate values.

Cycle count while cleaning the pump:

The total number of cycles to move the pump while performing a clean operation.

Pump position while relieving pressure:

The position to move the pump to after a dispense operation, but before moving the valve to the input position. This will suck up a small amount of fluid back into the needle-tip to prevent drips.

Optical

Optical Scaler X

The scaler used for translating the number of pixels into table movements in millimeters.

Optical Scaler Y

The scaler used for translating the number of pixels into table movements in millimeters.

Table

Table Speed

Maximum movement speed of the table in mm/min.

Do not exceed 6000 mm/min.

Heaters

Chamber Heater Setpoint

The temperature to maintain in the heater-core which heats the chamber and dispensing lines. Set in degrees celsius.

Needle Heater Setpoint

The temperature to maintain in the heated needle assembly. Set in degrees celsius.

Reservoir Heater Setpoint

The temperature to maintain in the reservoir. Set in degrees celsius.

Drip Containter

Drip Container X coordinate:

The position of the “X” axis while directly over the drip container.

Drip Container Y coordinate:

The position of the “Y” axis while directly over the drip container.

Camera

Threshold to adjust sensitivity of alignment:

The total centering error allowed before completing an alignment cycle.

Typical ranges should be between .08 and .25. The lower the sensitivity setpoint, the lower the accumulator threshold should be set during camera setup. Improper setup can result in alignment failures.

Delay amount before starting alignment:

The delay in milliseconds between a table movement and a camera alignment reading.

Job History

Should dispensing history be tracked:

On/Off

Should a photo be taken after cartridge fill:

On/Off
